Redzone ships an award-winning Cradlepoint 4G/5G portable Internet device to your qualified address. You simply turn on the device and attach the included antennas to get connected! That's it! You're immediately online and attached to our nationwide network of more than 125,000 towers. Now you can surf the web, stream your shows, and Zoom/ work remotely from just about anywhere. Connect an unlimited number of your devices to the provided WiFi-6 router and stay connected while on the go or off-grid with the device’s integrated 8-hour battery backup.

Our solution provides the convenience of a portable device that is easily wall-mounted or placed on a flat surface inside your vehicle without the headaches of setting up or taking down an external antenna. Redzone does not rely on clear visibility to the sky, so tree cover and stormy weather do not impact connectivity.

Our service provides unlimited data and a consistently faster and more reliable connection. You can connect unlimited devices rather than only one or two. Your entire family can hit the road connected.

For portable internet customers, our device features a built-in battery that lasts up to 8 hours, perfect for off-grid living, boondocking, and tent adventures. Simply recharge by plugging into a standard 120-volt outlet, generator, or solar solution.

Plugged into your inverter, power generator, or 120-volt outlet, our device uses approximately 11 to 16 watts of power. (Vehicle Power Adaptors for 12V receptacles are also available from Cradlepoint.)

Users can easily take our device on hikes or excursions, allowing for internet access on the go. Lightweight and measuring approximately 4.5” x 10.5”, our Cradlepoint solution can be easily transported in a small backpack.

Customers with a 5G-qualified address will receive faster speeds and true unlimited data. Customers who provide an address that is 4G-qualified receive unlimited data up to 300GB data/month, at which time the connection may begin to slow down. Both solutions offer no data caps, enabling users to browse, stream, game, and work from home or on the road.

Redzone does not require you to purchase our equipment. We charge a small monthly rental fee for our Cradlepoint router or you can choose to pay a one-time rental fee.

You can pause your service twice yearly for up to 6 months. Your account only needs to remain active for 6 months of the year.

Our online customer portal allows you the freedom to change your billing information at your convenience. You may reach our office staff by phone or text them online M-F 8am-5pm for Sales and new service. Our technical support crew is available by phone 24/7/365.

Redzone’s Internet service is month-to-month and does not require a contract. We want you to be happy with your service, and if you are not, you are free to cancel at any time.
